Recruitment Consultant

Guymon Inspection Services (GIS) is a family-owned company that provides inspection and construction management services to clients in Canada's oil and gas industry. Our team is proud to have extensive hands-on industry experience, which allows us to understand the needs of both our clients and contractors. We are currently looking to add a contractor to help with recruitment to maintain the high calibre of service that our clients expect and continue growing the company.

Responsibilities will include:

• Actively recruiting qualified candidates
• Screening, onboarding, and verifying applicants
• Completing resume submissions to clients
• Maintaining contractor database
• Developing & maintaining client relationships
• Managing contractor relations & retention
• Establishing new and creative ways to promote the company to potential candidates
• Working with other GIS team members to provide complete staffing solutions

The successful candidate will:

• Have 5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or hiring
• Have post-secondary education in related field
• Possess a track record of successful customer or client relations
• Be organized & self-motivated
• Have the ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive tasks
• Have strong written & oral communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and remote working programs
• Own a vehicle and possess a valid drivers' license
• Preference will be given to applicants with experience in oil & gas or construction

This is a contracted role with an annual compensation range of $75-90K. Candidates submitting their applications must be incorporated or willing to set up a corporate entity to apply. The working location will be remote, but applicants from Western Canada are preferred as some travel may be required. Applicants must be legally entitled to work and located in Canada.
