Production Lead Hand

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $23 per hour

Position: Full time

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees a team of manufacturing crew and ensures the daily attainment of Key Performance Indicators for Safety, Quality, Productivity and GMP.
• Promotes safe work environments and is responsible for the safety of their team.
• Can initiate, plan and complete tasks with sense of urgency
• Must have the ability to produce a high quality of work in an accurate, safe manner without errors
• Can clearly and comfortably delegate both routine and important tasks.
• Good at establishing clear directions. Must be a clear communicator.
• Able to marshal resources to get things done. Uses resources effectively and efficiently and can orchestrate multiple activities at once.
• Experience as a Lead Hand is a must.

• Must be able to work cooperatively both within and outside organization and contribute to the team’s success.
• Contributes to morale and drives accountability of themselves and others to lead higher performance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• 8 or 12 hour shifts
