What Insituform Technologies LLC is Hiring for:

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.


The starting pay is $28.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience and CDL license class (If Obtained and Valid). We offer 100% fully paid on-the-job training.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist with laying pipes, cutting pipes, and bolting pipe fittings together
  • Complete valve installations and the maintenance and repair of mains
  • Maintain a clean and safe work site
  • Work with and assist with repairs and replacements on the following:Water MainsGate ValvesFire HydrantsSewer PointsWater Taps
What We Need:
  • Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report. CDL preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of experience working in the water and wastewater industry required.
  • Proficiency in pipe installation techniques, including proper bedding and backfilling.
  • Knowledge of construction plans/blueprints and underground utility installation procedures.
  • Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
  • Must be able to travel weekly (Lodging & per diem provided)
