AKITA Drilling is actively hiring Drillers, Derrickhands, and Floorhands to support their oilfield rig operations across the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico. These positions operate on rotational schedules (14/14 or 20/10) and offer competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package. What you’ll need:

Driller:

• 2–3 years rig-based drilling experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Active Well Control certificate preferred
• Strong leadership and safety awareness

Derrickhand:

• 2+ years in Derrickhand role
• High School Diploma or GED
• Loader training preferred
• Experience with mud systems and circulation equipment

Floorhand:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year rig experience preferred
• Physically capable of long shifts and working in harsh environments
