Permian Basin Drilling Jobs – All Levels w/ Up to $39.50/hr + On-the-Job Training

AKITA Drilling is hiring experienced oilfield crews for drilling rig operations in the Permian Basin region of Texas and New Mexico. Positions include Floorhand, Motorhand, Derrickhand, and Driller. Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts and exposed to harsh weather, with strong safety focus and mechanical aptitude.

What you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1–2 years of progressive rig experience (depending on role)
• Mechanical aptitude and physical stamina
• Ability to wear full PPE and work outdoors in all weather
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work 14/14 or 20/10 rotational schedules

• Active Well Control certification (preferred for Drillers)
