Key Energy Services is hiring multiple experienced crew members for well servicing rigs in Midland, Texas. Positions include Rig Operator, Derrickhand, and Floorhand, all vital to servicing oil and gas wells safely and efficiently. These full-time roles require oilfield experience and offer comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-minded team players with a valid CDL and oilfield knowledge.

What you'll need:

  • Prior experience in rig and well servicing (2+ years for Rig Operator, 6–12 months minimum for Floorhand, 1–2 years for Derrickhand)
  • Knowledge of oilfield well servicing procedures
  • Valid CDL (Class B) where required
  • Ability to lead or follow operational and safety guidelines
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Must pass required DOT-drug and physical tests

What will make you stand out:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead or train team members (for Rig Operator)
  • BBS safety program participation
  • Prior experience operating special equipment (Hydra Walk, tubing elevators)
  • English language proficiency (preferred for Derrickhand)
