Horizon Drilling is hiring skilled rig crew members—including Floorhands, Motorhands, and Derrickhands—for oilfield operations based in Leduc, Alberta. What you'll need:

• Valid H2S Alive and CSO Certifications
• Standard First Aid with CPR (Derrickhand and Motorhand)
• Fall Protection and Confined Space Entry/Rescue certifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work 12-hour shifts in extreme conditions

What will make you stand out:

• Previous rig experience, especially in Floorhand or Motorhand roles
• Leadership experience or ability to guide other crew members
• Strong communication and planning skills
• Certifications such as Loader Operator (for Derrickhand)
