Oil & Gas Recruiting Manager needed in Houston TX

The Recruiting Manager will develop, manage and lead a team of recruiters for all activities related to sourcing, recruitment, and selection of candidates for all Patterson-UTI affiliated companies. Responsibilities include building a world class talent acquisition team, developing and implementing recruiting plans for both corporate and field-based positions and tracking and reporting on key recruiting metrics.  The successful candidate will also have an in-depth understanding of recruiting best practices as well as knowledge of the oil & gas industry.  The Recruiting Manager will also perform an integral role in promoting our employment brand and ensuring the staffing objectives for the organization are met.
