Oil & Gas Data Entry Clerk up to $20/hr

Pathfinder is accepting applications for a Data Entry Clerk to type information into excel from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with an eye for detail.

The candidate will be cross-trained in other administrative functions including but not limited to accounts payable, timecard verification, invoicing, etc.

Responsibilities

• Transfer data from paper formats into excel reports
• Understand the contents of the reporting
• Create reports
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Filing
• AP coding

Skills

• Proven experience as data entry clerk
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Great attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within our company
• High school degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
