What AEPartners is Hiring for:

Our client is a trusted leader in the oil and gas industry, providing top-tier well testing services for offshore operations.

We are hiring for various offshore well testing roles, including Operators, Senior Operators, and Supervisors, to join our team in Broussard, LA. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in offshore well testing—or those with strong onshore experience looking to transition offshore.

Operators:

Shop Rate: $21 – $23/hour

Offshore Rate: $30 – $33/hour

Senior Operators:

Shop Rate: $25 – $28/hour

Offshore Rate: $36 – $40/hour

Supervisors:

Base Salary: $85,000/year

Car Allowance: $7,200/year

Offshore Rate: $430/day

Work Schedule:

When in the shop, work a 4-day week with 10-hour shifts.

Offshore work comprises roughly 140 days per year.

MUST be local to the Broussard, LA area or willing to relocate.
