What You’ll Like About This Job

This full-time Crane Mechanic position involves maintaining and repairing cranes and lifting equipment on both offshore and onshore oilfield sites. The ideal candidate will have 5–15 years of relevant experience, strong mechanical skills, and the physical fitness required for offshore work. This is a career-building role for those with expertise in heavy equipment maintenance in regulated oilfield environments.

What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred
  • 5–15+ years mechanical experience with cranes or similar equipment
  • Knowledge of API RP 2D and regulatory compliance
  • Physically fit and able to pass assessments
  • Ability to work offshore, at heights, and in confined spaces
  • Swing Rope Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
