The Encore Group seeks experienced offshore Campbosses and Cooks for full-time roles based out of Lafayette, Louisiana. Responsibilities include meal planning, food prep, inventory management, sanitation supervision, and crew oversight. Ideal candidates have offshore certification and kitchen experience, and are ready to lead or support culinary operations at sea.

• Valid TWIC Card
• Valid Safe Gulf or Rigpass certification
• Valid T-HUET certification
• Restaurant, kitchen, and cooking experience
• Knife skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
