What Trillium Staffing Solutions is Hiring for:

TIG Welders 

Plant: MINO Aluminum 

Location:Texarkana, TX. 

Pay: $35/hour 

Per Diem: $80/day 

Work Conditions

  • Work will be new construction at the facility for the next 8-10 weeks.  
  • Will be working 6 days per week, 10 hour days starting at 5:45 AM.  
  •  Can start ASAP after passing weld test.  
  • Tests can be taken at one of four locations, Bryant, AR, Cape Girardeau, MO, Catoosa, OK, or Louisville, KY.   

Pre-employment

- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens

- Will need to pass weld test consisting of 2” Sch. 10 Stainless Steel pipe in 6g position.  (visual)  

Tools & Equipment

- Must have all basic tools for the trade
