For offshore marine construction survey operations (International including Europe, South America, West Africa, etc.), we are looking for very capable entry level mechanical or electrical engineers with a BSc, strong math skills, very good practical aptitude and an interest in international travel. You will have to have a solid analytical background and be able to write and use macros in Excel. We also require CAD skills (AutoCAD or SolidWorks). Any experience of survey operations (land or offshore / Hydrographic) or knowledge of cartography would be a major benefit. The interview process will include short Excel and CAD tests.

This full time position will be split between working onshore (in the office in Houston) and offshore work, where you will be working on fixed structures (rigs) or floating vessels travelling for potentially an extended period of time away from home (a maximum of 30 days in one trip). We will pay for you to obtain your offshore safety training certificates. You have to be fit and pass a medical. You will be randomly drug tested as part of the application and employment process, our industry requires this.

The salary includes a competitive salary package plus field allowance for each day spent in the field.
