The role involves ensuring safe operations by following established procedures, performing preventative maintenance and repairs on various systems, and working with hydraulic systems and lifting devices. Candidates should have a commitment to safety, relevant experience (sawmill experience is an asset), and a valid Inter-Provincial or Provincial Journeyperson Millwright certification, or be an apprentice nearing their 4th year. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with flexibility for various shifts.
