Hiring Heavy Equipment Operators

Location: Waite Park, Minnesota

Travel: Paid

Per Diem: Paid

Work Conditions

• Candidates could be moving from one site to the next weekly or several times in one week depending on size and length of jobs.  
• Will be working an average of 65 hours per week Mon-Fri with Sat and Sun used for maintenance and rest.  
• This company’s busy time is April-December.  

Knowledge & Skills

• Mechanically inclined. 

Benefits

• Home every holiday, company pays for hotels plus $35/day in meal per diem.  
• Will be offered company medical/dental/vision after 30 days, along with 401(k) with 4% match. 

Work Conditions

• Must be willing to work long hours outside 
• Standing and/or sitting for long periods of time. 
• All candidates will start in the quality control position which follows the broom trucks/DM operator to ensure proper cuts and measurements by cutting machine.  

Compensation

• Will start off around $25/hour and after 90 days, you can move to broom operator position.  
• After another 90 days you can advance to the DM operator, which will increase pay to around $27.  
• Travel time will be paid between $14-18/hour depending on position. 

Travel

-  Must be willing to travel all over the US!! 

Certificates & Licences

-  Should have valid CDL with clean MVR

Pre-employment

-  Be able to pass DOT physical and drug/background screens  

-  Should have OSHA 10 card (will get put through class if don’t)
