  • Rig Mechanics
  • Running casing crews including:
  • Tong Operators
  • Casing Floorhands & more!

​HIRING FOR ODESSA, TX RIGS ONLY - You must be willing to work in WTX for 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule.

Recent PAY & PER DIEM increase!

Nabors Drilling offers:

  • Most PPE provided except boots (boot vouchers are given)
  • Free crew housing during hitch
  • 14/14 Schedule
  • Per Diem is $55 per day
  • OBM Pay is $20 per day, if you work on a OBM rig that day

Nabors Drilling will do a background check and drug screen on each candidate.
