What EagleClaw Midstream is Hiring for:

Pipeline Technician

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responds to Texas 811 One Calls for locating pipelines and interfaces with third party contractors performing construction
  • Maintains professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities; enhances job knowledge and abilities by taking personal responsibility for professional development.
  • Supports the company’s employee policies and procedures, including workplace safety rules.
  • Performs responsibilities as directed within determined time frames with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Work with Field Operations and Construction Personnel on new or special projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company
  • Minimum of two years’ related experience, preferably in Midstream
  • Proficiency in PC skills and applications, including Microsoft Office products (required) and X­ Map (preferred).
    Able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Must be able to work without direct supervision and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work safely and adhere to all federal, state and company policies and procedures governing safe work practices.
  • Good communicator, work planner with excellent work ethics and good background in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to work out doors in extreme weather and perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds in a safe manner.

 

Field Operator

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain motor vehicle in good working order and clean.
  • Report and maintain facilities assign to
  • Monitor and maintain ROW signs, know your area
  • Communicates with fellow co-workers, plant personnel, and management
  • Attends all schedule safety meetings
  • Provides support to co-workers
  • Performs minor equipment repairs as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous pipeline or compressor experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company
  • Good communicator, work planner with excellent work ethics and good background in computer applications
  • Must be able to work out doors in extreme weather and perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds in a safe manner
  • Must be available for overtime and call – outs 24 hours/day, 7 days a week, as needed

 

Measurement Analyst

The Measurement Analyst supports the Measurement function of the Company by monitoring, editing, and reporting measurement data to assure accurate and complete information is available to both internal and external customers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
  • FlowCal experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office

Mechanic

Department/Business Unit: Operations

Position Type: Regular – Full Time

Schedule: 10 on, 4 off w/call – outs

The Mechanic will safely and efficiently perform maintenance on all equipment as direct by his/her Maintenance Supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years(s) of related work experience
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company
  • Good communicator, work planner with excellent work ethics and good background in computer applications
  • Must be able to work out doors in extreme weather and perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds in a safe manner
  • Must be available for overtime and call – outs 24 hours/day, 7 days a week, as needed

Midstream Accountant

Position Type: Full Time

Schedule: M – F

Support the Director of Volume Accounting and work closely with Commercial and Operations to analyze volume and pricing data to ensure accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in midstream business required
  • Waterfield system experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask and produce results under tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Sustainability & Corporate Communications

 

Position Type: Full Time

Schedule: M – F

The Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Delivery & Reporting role will be responsible for utilizing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles to drive positive, measurable business value and social, environmental and governance impact. Partner with all businesses and groups. Create, update, or integrate ESG policies and processes within the unit and across the business lines. Quantify, track and report ESG impact metrics with accuracy and certainty. Ensure ESG impact metrics are communicated consistently and accurately by other groups. Design and modify processes and systems to include impact metrics quantification, tracking and reporting. Deliver on ESG commitments and create, update, or integrate ESG policies and processes within the unit and across the business lines.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Minimum 8 – 10 years of related industry experience
  • Previous experience in public relations or communications role preferred, not required
  • Strong network within sustainability, environmental and other related communities required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of industry, business activities, financials, and how they fit together corporately and strategically
  • Expertise in building relationships across business units and corporate functions to influence process or policy changes. Understands business drivers and operational processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable to an environment working with Senior Executives and External Stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on approach
