What you'll need:

Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Minimum one year of asphalt plant experience for operator roles
Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly (for certain roles)
Mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills

What will make you stand out:

Experience with Astec Double Drum Asphalt Plant
Class 5 license
Welding, fabrication, or electrical troubleshooting skills
3+ years of loader operation experience in a construction environment
