Nabors is hiring Motorhands in Odessa, TX, to join its field-based drilling team. This full-time role focuses on the mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment vital to rig operations, including generators, pumps, air compressors, and water systems. Motorhands support the overall efficiency of rig operations while ensuring safety and compliance. Ideal candidates will be physically capable, mechanically inclined, and ready to contribute to high-performing field teams in the oil and gas sector.
