Motorgrader Operators – Up to $31/hr – $1,500 Sign On – Muskogee OK

This is a skilled equipment operator role with CRH’s APAC Central, focused on safe and efficient operation of a motorgrader for roadwork and site grading in Muskogee. Operators must have at least 3 years of experience and will be responsible for both machine use and minor maintenance. It’s an ideal position for experienced graders seeking a stable, well-paying role with opportunities to work across project sites.

What you’ll need:

• 3 years of motorgrader operation experience
• Ability to interpret grade stakes and follow hand signals
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime
• Must be able to travel to worksites within the operational area
• Physical ability to handle climbing, lifting, and long hours outdoors
