Ledcor is hiring Red Seal-certified Millwrights for major industrial projects across Western Canada, with primary work based in Jansen, Saskatchewan. This role includes installing and aligning turbines, pumps, motors, and more for high-value infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates will have five or more years of large-scale construction experience and a strong safety-first attitude.

What you’ll need:

Journeyperson Millwright with Red Seal certification
5+ years experience on large-scale industrial construction projects
Ability to read diagrams, schematics, and manuals
Skilled in alignment, testing, hydraulic and pneumatic controls
Pre-access drug and alcohol screening required
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
