Interfor is hiring Millwright Apprentices in Castlegar, BC to join their maintenance team at a state-of-the-art sawmill facility. This is a hands-on role for 3rd or 4th year apprentices who are ready to grow in a safe, well-equipped industrial environment. What you’ll need:

Registered 3rd or 4th year Millwright Apprentice (in good standing)
Strong mechanical aptitude and safety record
High school diploma or GED
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends
Able to lift, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks

What will make you stand out:

Previous experience in industrial sawmills or forestry environments
Excellent teamwork, communication, and learning attitude
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
Ability to read blueprints and assist in machinery layout and installations
