What WORKFORCE is Hiring for:

Outstanding opportunity for a millwright looking for a stable company offering great wages, benefits, and opportunity for extra money with available overtime.

The successful candidate will perform breakdown and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery. You will be able to work alone or in a team, and be effective troubleshooting and diagnosing plant manufacturing equipment. You will be competent with hydraulic systems and have experience repairing and maintaining rotating equipment.

There are opportunities to move up within the organization into supervision and leadership roles.

Required Qualifications :

  • Red Seal Interprovincial Millwright licensed
  • Flexibility to work different schedules is preferred
  • Physically fit and able to work in a facility with stairs
  • Able to work in open air or indoor environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication abilities
  • Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada (no sponsorship available)
  • Competent with hydraulic systems and rotating equipment
