Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring Mechanics for highway maintenance operations in Fort Nelson, BC. This role includes inspection, repair, and upkeep of snowplows, loaders, and heavy construction equipment used for year-round road maintenance. Journeyperson and apprentice heavy equipment technicians are welcome to apply.

What you’ll need:

  • Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (or registered apprentice)
  • Experience with highway or civil equipment (plows, graders, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment testing
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

What will make you stand out:

  • CVIP mechanic license (preferred)
  • Experience with snow and winter road maintenance equipment
  • Ability to work independently in remote, on-call environments
