What Synergetic Staffing, LLC is Hiring for:

Searching a knowledgeable individual to join our team as Mechanic / Yard Forman, Douglas, WY.

Pay: $27+/hr based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM (occasional weekends)

Mechanic / Yard Manager:

Perform routine preventative maintenance
Diagnostic testing / troubleshoot
Repair differentials, hydraulics, electrical systems etc

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $27+/hr *based on experience
Full benefit package after conversion including health, dental, vision, disability, life and 401K with match

Requirements

Mechanic / Yard Manager:

Safety oriented
Ability to lift, kneel, squat and pull
Welding experience preferred but not required
Must provide own set of tools
Capable of working in all weather conditions
