What you’ll need:

• 2–4+ years of trade-specific experience (marine/shipyard preferred)
• Ability to pass HFT drug screen and E-Verify
• Ability to work all shifts, heights, confined spaces, and outdoors
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, fabrication, welding, pipefitting, or electrical systems (role-dependent)

What will make you stand out:

• X-ray quality welding skills or 6G pipe test certification (welders)
• Experience in sonar, radar, or fiber optics (electricians)
• Advanced blueprint comprehension and marine terminology fluency
