Danos is hiring Maintenance Operators for oil and gas production sites in Catarina, TX on a 7/7 rotational schedule. This hands-on field role involves maintaining pumps, valves, and separators, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of production equipment. The ideal candidate has previous oilfield or lease crew experience and can troubleshoot and repair systems under varying weather and operating conditions.

What you’ll need:

• 1+ year of experience in oil and gas maintenance, lease crew, or roustabout roles
• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, fit-for-duty test, and MVR
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and respond to call-outs
