Salary: $25- $28

Express Employment Professional's client based in Maple Ridge is a fast-growing company specializing in decorative asphalt projects and concrete stamping projects. As the busy season approaches they are looking for a candidate with experience in construction labour to join their team.

On a typical day, labourers will assist crew members in multiple tasks assigned. Setup, cleanup, preparing surfaces and moving equipment and tools, and also operating hand and power tools. The ability to commute and have reliable transportation is key as the projects are spread across multiple locations (from Maple Ridge, Surrey, New West, Richmond, North Van, Fraser Valley, etc.).

Skills/Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship and currently residing in BC
  • Must be physically fit lift 50lb, and remain active and stand for long periods of time
  • Reliable transportation and able to do the commute
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn and grow within the organization
  • Working safely around machinery and construction equipment
  • Experience with power and hand tools
  • Working outdoors and on the roads
  • Great eye for detail and communication skills
