What you’ll need:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Preferred: 2 years of frontend loader experience
  • Ability to identify and sort logs by species
  • Willingness to work day or swing shifts, and occasional weekends
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment in hot/cold environments

  • Experience with heel boom loaders or chippers
  • Familiarity with snow plowing and seasonal log yard operations
  • Interest in career advancement within the mill operations team
