What You’ll Like About This Job

This 12-month+ role with The Bergaila Companies places Lease Operators in Kenedy, TX, with rotations across nearby regions. Operators will monitor and maintain oilfield equipment, coordinate sales and hauling logistics, and perform routine safety and environmental checks. Ideal for candidates with oil and gas experience and mechanical aptitude. Strong computer skills and flexibility for shift rotations are essential.

What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Experience in a related oil & gas position
  • Strong computer and mechanical skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in elevated spaces
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Must be SCBA-qualified

What will make you stand out:

  • College degree or trade school certification
  • Experience maintaining and operating surface production equipment
  • Ability to work independently and support environmental best practices
