Lease Operators in CA Getting up to $34/hr

Position Summary: We are seeking a Lease Operator to join our team at our oil and gas facility. The Lease Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas wells, tanks, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain daily production from oil and gas wells and tanks.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities as needed.
• Monitor and record production volumes and well pressures.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment including pumps, compressors, and other production equipment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily production reports, equipment maintenance logs, and other required documentation.
• Communicate regularly with production supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient operations and production targets are met.
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of oil and gas production equipment and processes.
• Ability to operate and maintain pumps, compressors, and other production equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
