What Hydrodig is Hiring for:

HIRING General Labourer / Swamper. We are company based out of Nisku who is looking to hire reliable staff to help grow our already successful business. We are looking for safe and motivated people to carry out the duties asked of our clients to meet their hydrovac needs. All of our work is local.

  • Year Round Work. Home Every Night. All Local Work.
  • Potential to make 65,000 a year to start

  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST
  • MUST HAVE CLASS 5 DRIVERS LICENSE
  • NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
  • $22 Per hour plus vacation and stat pay = 24.11 regular per hour
  • Overtime pay $33 per hour to start
  • Safety Bonus after 3 months
  • Weekend Bonus after 3 months

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operator with Day-lighting and soft excavating for telecom, hydro, gas, and underground services
  • Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies.
  • Complete all required paperwork daily
  • Assist with Setting up and inspecting equipment as required.
  • Handle and distribute construction materials, loading and unloading vehicles with supplies, equipment, remove all debris from work sites
  • Other duties as required.
