What you’ll need:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to read maps, schematics, and construction plans

What will make you stand out:

  • Climbing certification or overhead utility experience
  • Flagger certification
  • Familiarity with RF/Fiber networks or telecom systems
