What You’ll Like About This Job

Fort McKay Group of Companies is hiring multiple roles—Fuel Techs, Labourers, and Project Foremen—at the Kearl Oil Sands Site. These full-time positions follow a 14/14 rotation and include fly-in/fly-out travel and camp accommodations. Ideal candidates will have mechanical skills or supervisory mining experience, depending on the role. Each position emphasizes safety and teamwork in a dynamic oilfield setting.

What you’ll need:

Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean 3-year abstract
CSO, BSO, or CSTS/OSSA certification
High school diploma or GED
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
English proficiency (spoken and written)
For Fuel Techs/Labourers: Minimum 1 year experience, mechanical aptitude
For Foremen: 10+ years in mining supervision, strong leadership and problem-solving skills
