What you’ll need:

  • Red Seal Millwright certification

  • Mill/kiln maintenance experience (asset)

  • Ability to read blueprints and work safely with tools and heavy equipment

  • Comfortable with 3-shift and/or weekend shift rotations

  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

What will make you stand out:

  • Familiarity with kiln hot oil systems

  • Welding or fabrication experience

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and continuous improvement

  • Comfort working in automated/PLC-based production environments
