GrizzlyTrek Group is seeking Journeyman Oilfield Welders in Grande Prairie, AB for full-time field-based work. The position involves structural and piping welds on oilfield infrastructure, with a focus on safety and industry compliance. This opportunity is ideal for Red Seal welders with multi-process proficiency and field readiness.

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Field-based welding experience in Alberta’s oil sector

What you'll need:

Journeyman Welder certification (Red Seal preferred)
3–5 years of oilfield or industrial welding experience
Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and FCAW
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Valid safety tickets: H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO/BSO, Fall Protection, Confined Space, WHMIS, Ground Disturbance

What will make you stand out:

CWB certification or pressure ticket
Experience welding in live or production oilfield facilities
Strong knowledge of ASME/API codes
Proven field safety and hazard assessment practices
