What PeopleReady is Hiring for:

As Journey-Level Electrician with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you'll support electrical contractors throughout Midland.

The pay rate for this job is $29 - $36 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

Work on commercial construction projects and assist with residential jobs as needed.
Bend EMT and pull wire according to project specifications.
Perform panel wiring and ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
Supervise and mentor apprentice workers on-site.
Read and interpret blueprints or layout plans for projects.
Ensure compliance with Texas Electric Codes.
Attend safety orientation and team meetings at the shop on the first day of work.

Qualifications & Experience:

Be at least 18+ years of age
Current/Active TDRL Certification or a willingness to obtain it
Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Prior experience in the commercial field required
Position may require a drug screen
