What You’ll Like About This Job

Ledcor Industrial is hiring Ironworkers for structural steel erection projects across Western Canada, based out of Vancouver, BC. This full-time, Red Seal-required role includes stick building, rigging, bolt-up, and layout on major $100M+ industrial builds. Workers benefit from travel coverage, camp accommodations, and stable shift rotations on long-term projects.

What you’ll need:

  • Red Seal Journeyperson certification in Structural Ironwork

  • 5+ years of experience on large-scale industrial construction projects

  • Ability to read and work from blueprints and structural drawings

  • Competency in steel erection, bolting, and rigging

  • Completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience on projects exceeding $100M

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Strong safety record in steel erection environments

  • Familiarity with modular construction and lift planning

  • Ability to adapt to camp-based or rotational shiftwork in remote settings
