Jardeg Construction, in partnership with Heartland Constructors Inc., is hiring skilled tradespeople for a Spring Turnaround project at Imperial Oil’s Kearl site near Fort Mackay, Alberta. Both roles offer full camp accommodations, charter flights, and a strong commitment to safety and trades excellence in one of Canada's largest industrial maintenance and turnaround operations.

What you’ll need:

For Rig Welders:

Journeyperson Ticket
ABSA B-Pressure Certificate
First Aid, ESC Safety Orientation, Confined Space, Fall Protection
Basic Rigging and Driver’s License
CWB FCAW & SMAW All Positions certification
Weld testing qualifications as per site standards (F3/F4, CCO 661T, 1063)

For Rope Access Technicians:

IRATA Level 3 Certification
Pre-Access Drug & Alcohol test
First Aid, ESC Safety Orientation, Confined Space, Rigging
Valid Driver’s License

What will make you stand out:

CWB Welders, Pipefitters, Insulators, and Electricians (for Rope Access role)
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
Strong communication and teamwork under pressure
