What You’ll Like About This Job

Iofina Resources is hiring Plant Operators for its IOSorb® iodine extraction operations. These roles involve 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Operators perform chemical handling, system monitoring, preventive maintenance, data logging, and laboratory testing in a plant environment.

The job is ideal for candidates with mechanical, chemical process, or industrial experience who are comfortable working in physically demanding conditions with high safety standards.

What you’ll need:

Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
Physically fit: able to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, work in varying conditions
Basic math, chemistry, mechanical, computer, and electrical skills
Ability to wear full PPE, including respirators and flame-resistant gear
Strong communication skills and safety mindset

What will make you stand out:

Experience in chemical plants or similar industrial environments
Forklift operation experience
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with preventive maintenance and control systems (PLC)
