Industrial Painters, $100 Per Diem

Trillium Construction is looking for experienced sandblasters / industrial painters in the Tulsa, OK area!!

Candidates will be working for a premier Industrial Painting and Coating contractor and we are looking to invest in Leadmen or Coating Technicians who are looking for a career in the industrial painting and sandblasting field. We believe that the potential for career growth is unlimited. This is a temp-hire opportunity and the company offers insurance (medical, dental, vision, and life), 401(k) (with employer match).

Pay is negotiable on experience but starts around $20/hour and can go up to around $26/hour DOE.  Per diem is $110/day all 7 days when on the road. Usually get around 50-60 hours per week Mon-Friday with some Saturdays.  Candidates will be working around the Midwest and must be willing to travel.  Must also be willing to meet at companies shop locations in Omaha, NE or Weaver, IA.  Can be at job sites for several weeks at a time. Company does a lot of Shop painting, interior tank lining, exterior tank cleaning and coating, and floor coating. This is a traveling position.

Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in the sandblasting/industrial painting industry. 

- Experience in the troweling trades, trowel applied coatings, and fiberglass matting (concrete finishers, masons, etc.) is also preferred. 

- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check. 

- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
