What You’ll Like About This Job

Dexterra is hiring Industrial Janitors for camp-based roles in Fort McMurray, AB on a 20/10 rotation. This contract position involves cleaning and maintaining multiple high-traffic industrial and camp facilities with a strong safety and hygiene focus. Travel to site is provided from major Alberta and BC cities.

What you'll need:

Experience in industrial, hotel, or institutional cleaning
Valid Class 5 driver's license (unrestricted)
CTEC or Defensive Driver training
WHMIS and First Aid certification
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work long shifts (10–11 hours/day)
Fluent in English

What will make you stand out:

Prior camp or remote site experience
HACCP or Food Safe training
Strong customer service and ability to work independently
Familiarity with snow removal, waxing floors, and sanitation standards
