Are you looking for an exciting career to develop your industrial safety skills? Safety Boss is currently looking for Industrial Fire Fighters for a magnitude of diversified industrial projects located across Western Canada.

If you are the type of person who loves the outdoors, is physically fit, and is well-adapted to extreme work environments and challenges, Safety Boss would like you to become part of their team.  They provide technical industrial services across Western Canada within the most unique industrial work environments.

Qualifications and Capabilities

  • Lead, demonstrate and encourage a positive safety culture, where safety is an integral element to every task.
  • Conducts themself in a professional and cooperative manner
  • Ability to adapt and effectively respond to critical emergency situations
  • Ability to understand and communicate clearly in English (oral and written)
  • Possess strong leadership, team player, self-starter skills with the ability to learn and teach new proficiencies
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to travel for extended periods of time on an ongoing basis

Credentials and Work Experience

  • H2S Alive
  • Standard First Aid + CPR
  • CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
  • NFPA 1081 or 1001
  • Class 3 Driver License (preferred)
  • Previous Experience Preferred

Job Scope

  • Rotational Shift work, minimum 12hrs daily
  • Accommodations provided
  • In-House Training Provided
