Badger Infrastructure Solutions is hiring Hydrovac Operators to perform non-destructive excavation using high-pressure water and vacuum systems. This position is ideal for individuals with CDL licenses who enjoy hands-on work, precision digging, and safe excavation. The role includes travel, equipment operation, and maintenance while supporting projects in the construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

What You’ll Need
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Ability to work variable shifts & extended hours
- Travel up to 25%
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Experience with manual transmission (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
- Previous hydrovac experience (preferred, but not required)
