Bouchier is seeking experienced Pressure & Vac Operators to join their team at the CNRL Horizon site near Fort McMurray. This full-time role involves operating Hydro-Vac, Combo, and related units to support client needs in the oil sands. With rotational scheduling and fly-in options, this position is ideal for those with Class 1 or 3 licenses and a strong safety focus. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys fieldwork, mentoring others, and working outdoors.

What you'll need:

Class 3 license (Class 1 preferred)
Minimum 2 years operating experience
First Aid & AED/CPR
H2S Alive
Fall Protection
Confined Space
AWP
Ground Disturbance Level 2
CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
WHMIS 2015
Ability to pass pre-employment fitness, drug & alcohol testing
Comfortable with manual equipment and fieldwork

What will make you stand out:

Experience with Pressure & Vac, Combo, Hydro-Vac, Fuel Delivery, High Pressure Wash, or Steamers
Comfort operating manual transmission (18-speed)
Previous work at CNRL Horizon or Albian sites
Familiarity with snow/gravel shoveling and long-period physical activity
