Production/Machine Operator ($19.00/Hr AM Shift, $21.00/Hr PM Shift)

Production Machine Operator.

Responsibilities:

• General related production duties and clean-up
• Feeding materials into coating machines
• Stacking & bundling of building materials (siding, trim, plank, panels, etc.) – SPF, Hardie board, engineered wood
• Assist with machine set-ups, operation and general maintenance
• Packaging, labelling and quality control

Certificates & Licences

• Valid Forklift Certification an asset

• Valid First Aid certification an asset

Knowledge & Skills

• Must speak fluent English
• Team first attitude; great interpersonal skills
• Good Physical Condition, capable of repetitive lifting and physical labor
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to learn and continuously improve
• Numeracy skills

Travel/Transport

• Reliable transportation
