What Savard Labor and Marine is Hiring for:
SAVARD is seeking a Shop Helper for a fabrication/production facility. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe environment, assisting in production, and ensuring the quality of produced parts. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, performing grinding and buffing tasks, and supporting production operators.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a fabrication, production, or manufacturing environment.
- 6 months of forklift experience.
- Basic knowledge of machining, use of hand tools, and ability to identify nonconforming products.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Shift/Hours:
- Rotating 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM and 6 PM - 6 AM).
- Must be available for day and night shifts with opportunities for overtime.
Pay Rate:$19.50 - $24/hr, up to $1,680 per week with 60 hours.
