What VicMechanical LTD is Hiring for:

VicMechanical are hiring Heavy Duty Mechanics:

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $77.00-$89.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 – 84 per week

Technician responsibilities:

Troubleshooting
Diagnostics
Field Service Repair
Component parts replacement
Mechanical Inspections
Air conditioning repairs & Heating repairs

Required Qualification

Journeyman Red seal HET certification or an Alberta provincial HET certification
A valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract
The ability to work alone in a field setting or as a part of a team
The ability to work through troubleshooting charts and read schematics

Safety training certificates required:

Ossa/BSO Orientation
First aid
Fall protection
Aerial lift
WHMIS and TDG
Drug and alcohol testing

Training will be supplied, and while all prior training will be acknowledged, it will be deemed valid as long as the relevant certifications are presented.

Experience

2 years. (mining equipment)
License/Certification:
Class 5 Licence (required)
Journeyman (required)
