Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Trillium is looking for a qualified individual for a Mobile Equipment Mechanic role for a direct hire, full time position with a company with great culture in the area.

The company is devoted to the manufacture and sale of gray Portland cement, mortar, premixed concrete, concrete blocks, plaster, aggregates, and other construction material.  Main duties of the job will be to diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul all mobile equipment the company uses.  

Must make daily inspections of machinery and equipment, plan preventative maintenance for equipment.  Must troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs as necessary.  Will primarily work on bulk loaders and other equipment that work out in their quarries. (CAT) 

Schedule is from 7 AM - 3:30 P.M. Mon-Fri with some Saturdays as well. 

Will get 40-50 hours per week.  Pay is around $35/hour for those that are qualified.

Qualifications

- Must have valid DL

- Should be able to pass all pre-employment screens

- Must be able to work in all weather conditions and environments

- Prior mechanic experience necessary

- Should have basic tools- Should have some experience with diesel or heavy equipment, basic welding skills preferred, basic math skills.
